These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store "Moss Emeralds" the rights and obligations of the customers, and the terms of purchasing goods. By making a purchase from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
2.1. A purchase agreement is considered concluded when the customer places an order and makes payment for the goods.
2.2. "Moss Emeralds" agrees to deliver the ordered goods to the address provided by the customer within the specified timeframes.
2.3. If the seller is unable to fulfill the order due to a shortage of goods, the customer will be notified within 2 business days and a refund will be issued.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1. All product prices are stated in euros (€) and may be changed without prior notice.
3.2. The customer can pay for goods using the following methods:
• Bank transfer;
• Online banking;
• Payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe);
• Other payment methods specified in the store.
3.3. The price applicable at the time of order submission is the final price for the purchase.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1. Orders are delivered via courier services or the Lithuanian postal service.
4.2. Delivery time depends on the destination:
• Within Lithuania: 2–5 business days;
• Within the European Union: 5–10 business days;
• Other countries: depending on the conditions of the selected carrier.
4.3. If the package does not reach the customer due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
4.4. Upon receiving the package, the customer must check its condition and notify the seller of any damage within 24 hours.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
5.1. The customer has the right to return the item within 14 calendar days if it is unused and in its original packaging.
5.2. Returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
5.3. Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., tailored paintings) are non-returnable unless they are defective.
5.4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or was sent incorrectly.
5.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS HANDLING
6.1. If an item has manufacturing defects, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date.

6.3. If the complaint is valid, the customer may be offered:
• A replacement item;
• Repair (if possible);
• A refund.
6.4. Complaints will be processed within 14 calendar days.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. "Moss Emeralds" is not responsible for:
• Incorrect information provided by the customer during the order process;
• Actions of third parties that may affect the operation of the store (e.g., disruptions in payment processing services);
• The customer’s personal losses resulting from improper use of goods.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. All disputes between the seller and the customer will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
